About Our teachers at the Academy

Teachers at Viva Musica Academy of Performing Arts are coached by Our Executive Artistic Director, Jessica Yuen.

Teachers go through on-going training and professional development multiple times in the school year. Teachers also associate other music pedagogy training from accredited organization such as Royal Conservatory of Music in Canada, Music for Young Children (MYC). All of our teachers are either working towards their Royal Conservatory Music Teaching specialist certification or obtained their various level specialist certification.

Ongoing teachers' professional developments include North American music education curriculum, and European Piano and Strings music education approach, ensuring our students will get the best well-rounded musicianship training throughout their study with our Academy.

All students progress at our academy reported to Ms Jessica, our executive artistic director for a more complete review each semester.
